Intimate Walk
- Intimate Walking. With yourself, with each other, your partner(s), and/or your child(ren).
- Intimate Walking. With Mother Nature, the urban environment, a quacking duck, and the rustling wind.
- Intimate Walking. With your body, your heart, your experiences, and your emotions.
- Intimate Walking. With your worries, your sorrows, your desires, and your ambitions.
“In the Intimate Walk, I experienced what I deeply long for with heart, soul, and body: connection with the earth, nature, myself, with people seeking tenderness and depth. I enjoyed the slow progression, the gentle and consensual touch, the playful element that emerged, the refreshing water in between. The intimacy, touched within myself by silence and the sweet scent of jasmine, in delightful company, continues to tingle in the days that follow. The fact that the experience keeps flowing indicates the quality of that sunny Sunday morning, where the leaves delicately filtered the sunlight into playful patches of shadow.”

Embracing Presence
During an Intimate Walk, we focus on connection, togetherness, playfulness, mindfulness, and self-care. We embark on a journey together, whether in nature or the city, inviting you to become more present in the moment. This experience encourages you to enjoy the natural or urban surroundings more deeply and to develop a heightened awareness of your own body while walking. The intimacy of these walks lies in the unique ways you connect with others throughout the journey.

Techniques for Deep Connection
An Intimate Walk is a workshop that provides a unique experience supported from start to finish. We employ various techniques such as theatrical improvisation, connection exercises, nature education, consent and touch practices, nonviolent communication, mindfulness, and breathing techniques. These are presented in a gentle, accessible way, with no pressure to participate. You are also welcome to just observe. These walks can include gentle touch exercises with others, and you have the freedom to choose your level of engagement, making them ideal for couples, parent/child pairs, or groups of friends.
