Facilitation, Education and Consultancy
In addition to my intimacy work, you can also contact me for process guidance or various educational work. My group work is characterised by a strong flow with a lot of attention for healthy and inclusive group dynamics. Participants start from their own body and feelings, get to know each other better and afterwards feel enthusiastic, empowered and committed.
I have experience with various group methodologies such as emancipatory and interactive education (Paulo Freire), Image Theatre (Augusto Boal), The Work that Reconnects (Joanna Macy) and Anti-Oppression training. I use these group methods in my workshops and process guidance, which are mainly aimed at non-governmental organisations, small committed companies and social movements.
I do most of these activities as a freelancer for LABO vzw. An association that strives for more Critical Citizenship in society and which I have co-founded and expanded since 2012.

In addition to my group work and educational activities, I have extensive experience with the development and organisation of non-profit and other organisations. I was involved in the application and follow-up of various subsidy projects, policy planning processes and associated progress reports in various civil society organisations at home and abroad. Supplemented with process guidance in very diverse sectors ensures that I have a fresh, independent but critical view of the day-to-day operation of many organisations. My renewed commitment to intimacy work fits in nicely with this.
