What to Expect in a Cuddle Session

A cuddle session is neither a therapy nor a coaching session. It is not designed to solve specific challenges or problems but rather serves as a safe haven where you can explore your feelings, needs, and desires. Therefore, it does not involve a therapeutic trajectory and cannot be combined with coaching services. If you wish to work on personal development, consider contacting me for Trauma Sensitive Intimacy Coaching or Resilience Coaching. Cuddle sessions can also be arranged upon the advice and in collaboration with your psychologist, doctor, or therapist. The first session is always preceded by an introduction, either online or in person, to establish mutual comfort and clarify agreements. During this introduction, I will also assess your personal resilience and mental health.
